During the last several years I have had experiences with three other hearing aid businesses. The hearing aid of one of the businesses was not effective. Two of the three offered only a 30 day trial period. One business verbalized the warranty and when I read the agreement it was something different. Another business did not address the feedback issue even though it was very noticeable.Recently I visited Harmony Hearing & Audiology. This was a pleasant and thorough experience. The facilities enable them to properly fit the hearing aid and to thoroughly program them for your requirements. They are attentive to your comments and make the adjustments as required. Also the warranty was properly addressed. Furthermore the 90 day trial period is sufficient to ascertain the effectiveness of the hearing aids. I am highly pleased with my hearing aids and the experience I had in obtaining them.
