My experience with Harmony Hearing has been great. I went to Harmony Hearing & Audiology out of frustration with hearing aids that did not help me understand people any better. Dr. Perry matched me with a pair of hearing aids that improved my voice comprehension greatly. My wife can tell within two minutes whether or not I have forgotten to put my hearing aids in. She reminds me to do so because they make life much easier for her as well as me. I can understand people's words much better so I do not feel outside of conversations and I am not as withdrawn. At work understanding better allows me to do my job with a lot less stress and more efficiently. Harmony Hearing & Audiology's services are far superior to those of my previous hearing assistance organizations. Dr. Perry is great to work with. Even when he was under the great stress of a seriously ill child he was there for me. The equipment that Harmony Hearing & Audiology uses allows me to see and understand what is happening with my hearing and hearing aids. Both of the administrative staff (Cyndy and Mrs. Perry) with whom I have worked were knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Harmony Hearing & Audiology is in one location and has regular hours so you know when and where to find them, but is flexible enough to meet unexpected urgent needs. (Dr. Perry even worked a hearing aid problem I had while I was traveling to Chattanooga, TN.) The office has a comfortable, open atmosphere. Best of all Dr. Perry helped me hear better. With other providers I experienced no visibility into the hearing improvement process, cramped quarters, constantly moving locations, and surly inflexible administrations. Other providers did not help me hear better. If you have hearing problems, and live within reach of Bel Air, try Harmony Hearing & Audiology.
